Maranggi's Satay

Sate Maranggi or Maranggi's Satay is typical of Purwakarta, West Java, usually made of goat meat or beef. But there is also an opinion that the sate maranggi comes from Cianjur.

Maranggi satay vendors can be found almost in every corner of Purwakarta, partly menajajakan way around. What distinguishes maranggi satay with satay other is made of soy sauce marinade that flavors blend of sweet, sour, and spicy touches the tongue at the time to enjoy this unique spicy satay. Alloy taste the tempting taste arises because maranggi sate seasoning made from soy sauce, green chili sauce added a little lahang vinegar (vinegar is made from sugar cane). As presented, seasoning sauce that comes with slices of red onion and fresh tomato.


Usually sate maranggi dihidang with glutinous rice fuel or gasoline.


Sate Maranggi also preferred by many people that it tastes good and unique. Satay is best eaten when still warm, because when it's cold it's been not so good. (Wikipedia)
